Cartiera di Ferrara is an integrated paper mill producing both high quality coreboard and high-resistance tubes and cores since more than 70 years.
The plant was set up in the 1940s. Thanks to continuing modernization and restructuring programs over the years, the paper mill, which was previously owned by Burgo group, has been staying at the forefront of the improvement of manufacturing processes, aiming to meet the most various market needs.
Cartiera di Ferrara, having decades of experience and paying particular attention to innovation and environmental protection, in addition to implementing constant updates on the production process, is nowadays leader in the coreboard, greyboard, tubes and cores production industry, both in Italy and abroad.
Our location
Our paper mill is located in Ferrara industrial area, not far from A13 highway exit “Ferrara Nord”, halfway between Bologna and Venice. It’s a very strategic position being the city very close to Ravenna and Venice ports. Livorno and La Spezia ports can be easily reached, as well as Verona and Modena railway terminals.
